How to make Sole Water?
Making sole water is probably the easiest thing in the world to do.
Ingredients
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- Filtered Water
- Glass jar/bottle
Simply mix 1/4 cup salt with about 2 cups of filtered water. Let sit for 24 hours. It becomes very concentrated water that you just scoop out about 1 teaspoon each morning into a glass of water and BAM your done. You can start with a smaller amount and work your way up to the teaspoon if it is too strong for you. Sip on all day or drink immediately.
